Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias and fairness in quantum/neuro-interface products
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging 2026 tech standards
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols with ethics boards and industry consortia
- Author white papers on AI ethics for peer-reviewed journals and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing bias mitigation in production ML systems
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or explainable AI
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, etc.) on tech policy
- Strong background in quantum computing or neuro-interface systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
