Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics policies aligned with emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across ML pipelines and generative AI systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI decision-making with engineers, product teams, and external regulators
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for AI model fairness and explainability
- Create governance frameworks for high-risk AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Represent InnovateTech in industry coalitions shaping global AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or compliance leadership roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for LLMs and computer vision systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI ethics toolkits (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics topics
