Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation (2026+)
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI, and fairness metrics
- Proven track record influencing AI product roadmaps
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
