Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify bias risks in AI systems across 10+ product lines
- Oversee third-party AI audits and certification processes for compliance with EU AI Act and US frameworks
- Develop predictive governance models for quantum-enhanced AI decision-making systems
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy discussions
- Create training programs for 500+ employees on responsible AI deployment practices
- Chair the AI Ethics Review Board for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing AI ethics frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Deep understanding of 2026-era AI regulations including quantum computing implications
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) or equivalent
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees
