Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning systems for bias mitigation
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning on emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Design explainability frameworks for complex neural networks
- Chair the AI Ethics Review Board with C-suite representation
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record implementing AI governance at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature AI, ACM FAccT)
- Deep understanding of constitutional AI and value alignment challenges
- Fluency in regulatory frameworks across 15+ jurisdictions
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
