Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Shape industry standards through participation in global AI policy forums and working groups
- Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives with policymakers, academia, and civil society
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for AI ethics compliance and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing enterprise-level AI ethics frameworks and compliance programs
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology, legal, and ethics domains
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
