- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, lawyers, and social scientists
- Author position papers on emerging AI ethics standards for industry forums
- Mentor junior teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for bias detection
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in ethical technology discussions
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
