You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit AI models, develop bias-mitigation protocols, and shape industry standards for ethical AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics policies aligned with evolving regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to review AI use cases
- Design continuous monitoring systems for algorithmic fairness
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
- Stay current with global AI governance frameworks and legislation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics oversight
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, and evolving US regulations
- Experience with model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.)
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, DeepMind)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
