As part of our Ethics & Governance division, you'll collaborate with quantum engineers, neuro-technologists, and digital architects to implement proactive compliance protocols. You'll pioneer industry standards for AI transparency, bias mitigation, and accountability in an era where human-AI symbiosis becomes reality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce ethical compliance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits across neural network architectures
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees for high-stakes deployments
- Monitor regulatory developments in neuro-technology and autonomous systems
- Train stakeholders on AI ethics best practices and risk mitigation
- Produce transparency reports for AI decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience auditing neural networks for bias and fairness
- Proficiency in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., CSEP) preferred
