Responsibilities

- Establish industry standards for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in fairness/interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, Aequitas)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in applied ethics and moral philosophy
