Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI systems deployed in healthcare, logistics, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop industry-first ethical frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape 2026 AI regulatory standards
- Create audit trails for autonomous decision-making systems using blockchain verification
- Train engineers in ethical AI development practices and red-teaming methodologies
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in Nature and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and forthcoming 2026 global AI regulations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and explainable AI toolkits (SHAP, LIME)
