Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous decisioning platforms
- Develop 2026-compliance protocols for AI transparency and explainability
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, policymakers, and civil society groups
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Monitor emerging legislation (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience with cross-functional ethical design processes
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., IEEE P7000 series)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
