Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for high-stakes autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop corporate policies aligned with emerging AI regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives on responsible AI adoption
- Research and publish position papers on emerging ethical challenges in AI
- Advise product teams on compliance with evolving international AI standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or technology policy roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits in production environments
- Strong technical fluency in ML/DL concepts and AI system architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, IBM)
