Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop corporate governance policies for AI deployment in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, academia, and civil society organizations
- Create educational initiatives promoting ethical AI literacy across organizations
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and recommend compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or policy development
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing and bias quantification
- Certification in Responsible AI or equivalent ethical AI training
