Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Analyze societal impacts of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI lifecycle
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics and future technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with interdisciplinary research methods
- Published work on AI ethics or future technology ethics
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google AI Ethics, IBM AI Ethics)
