Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits of generative AI models for bias and fairness
- Develop policy recommendations for quantum computing ethics
- Partner with UN bodies on global AI safety standards
- Conduct foresight research on emerging biotech-AI convergence
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams on responsible innovation
- Author white papers for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics
- Published work in Nature, Science, or top-tier ethics journals
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD principles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on AI ethics
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for technical validation
