Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of 2025-2026 regulatory landscape for AI
- Proficiency in AI fairness assessment tools (Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Experience with cross-functional ethical design processes
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder communication
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible innovation preferred
