Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models specifically for the 2026 tech stack.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Optimize Performance: Scale inference pipelines and optimize model latency for high-throughput production environments.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Implement robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and secure.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup or R&D environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Familiarity with Transformers and Hugging Face libraries.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
