Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, latency, and model efficiency for the 2026 era.
- Design Enterprise Systems: Architect complex machine learning pipelines and microservices to handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems in production environments.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business objectives into cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging AI trends, including Multi-Agent Systems and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentorship: Foster a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Strong knowledge of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
