Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the research and development of novel AI algorithms, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of deployed AI models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
