Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research-to-production pipeline for large language models and multi-agent systems.
- Implement best practices for model governance, safety, and ethical alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning infrastructure or AI research.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety guidelines (RLHF, Constitutional AI).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
