Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-gen tech prototypes (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems) for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' exploring AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized networks
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems with zero carbon footprint
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Publish whitepapers on metaverse governance and quantum-resistant cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum computing or AI systems (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years building production systems at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure certified)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (3+ papers)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Keynote speaker at 5+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial adoption
