Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and leading teams through technological transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the unknowns of future tech development.
