Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology ecosystems, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, AI ethicists, and biomaterial scientists in prototype development
- Forge industry-defining partnerships with governments, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ in funding
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum on 2026 technology paradigms
- Mentor emerging talent through our 'Futures Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global impact (minimum 3 unicorn exits)
- Deep expertise in climate-positive tech and circular economy principles
- Exceptional command of emerging tech trends including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) with demonstrated scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio showcasing at least 2 patented technologies deployed at scale
