Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Spearhead the technical strategy for AI products launching in the 2026 timeframe, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that push the boundaries of current technology.
- Lead Research: Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms and evaluate their viability for future product integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate abstract 2026 concepts into tangible features.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet future infrastructure demands.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt quickly to new paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
