Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technological adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional task forces to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive market shifts
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present visionary briefings to board stakeholders and industry coalitions
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/clean energy)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review level)
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation (>10,000 employee organizations)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Global network of industry pioneers and academic collaborators
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
