Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries

- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology architecture leadership
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and neuro-UX design
- Proven track record of deploying future-ready solutions (3+ case studies required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong background in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense)
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000-2022)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation projects
