- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML, quantum computing, and IoT integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and measure technological ROI
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in future-tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Track record of launching at least two industry-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future-tech trends
