Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Drive strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
