Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team
- Drive sustainable technology adoption and ESG compliance initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Prior startup or Fortune 500 tech innovation leadership experience
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
