Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation Neural Interface Systems (NIS) capable of high-bandwidth data transmission and low-latency processing.
- Define the technology stack and coding standards for the Cognitive Computing division, ensuring scalability and robustness for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of neuroscientists, hardware engineers, and UI/UX designers to translate biological signals into actionable software logic.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps that align with the company’s long-term strategic vision.
- Optimize machine learning models for real-time inference on edge devices, minimizing power consumption while maximizing cognitive accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Neural Networks.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Familiarity with neuroimaging data (EEG, fMRI) or Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) protocols is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
