You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, patent 15+ innovations annually, and represent QuantumLeap at global tech summits.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 programs
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Drive patent strategy targeting 20+ filings in quantum encryption and biometric interfaces
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD researchers in emerging tech incubation
- Present annual 'State of 2026 Tech' report to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent expertise)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic foresight roles
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in technology adoption curves and regulatory impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures and AI alignment principles
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Python programming
