Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trends through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Present executive briefings and board-level recommendations on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on the societal impact of 2026-era technologies
- Drive organizational transformation through technology roadmapping and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or technology roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
