Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological breakthroughs including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-positive computing
- Develop and maintain a 10-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with global sustainability goals
- Architect innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in metaverse infrastructure and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready technologies into enterprise operations
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological disruption opportunities
- Manage a $5M annual innovation fund for emerging technology incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends beyond 2025 with published thought leadership
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M and leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully implemented future-tech initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
