Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps focused on 2026 innovation horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for prototype development
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Guide ethical implementation frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems
