Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum AI and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping human-centric tech solutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Partner with governments to shape 2026 smart infrastructure policies
- Drive open-source initiatives democratizing advanced tech access
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Published research in quantum computing or cognitive AI (2020-2023)
- Experience scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
- Proven track record of patenting disruptive technologies
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 and IEEE ethics standards
- Keynote speaker at 2+ global tech conferences (2021-2023)
