Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision roadmap for 2026-2030
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable products
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption strategies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
