Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Partner with VCs to identify emerging startups for strategic acquisitions
- Present quarterly future-tech briefings to C-suite and board members
- Design patent-pending architectures for decentralized autonomous systems
- Coordinate global hackathons focused on solving 2030 sustainability goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or quantum computing firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
