Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead innovation labs exploring quantum applications, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current platforms
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging tech ROI
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Proven experience building and scaling tech incubators or innovation programs
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting accuracy or innovation impact
