- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through prototyping and implementation of breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment
- Secure funding for experimental projects through venture capital and government grants
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovations)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neural network architecture, or synthetic biology
