Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for enterprise implementation
- Design scalable frameworks for future-proofing digital infrastructure against exponential tech shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author visionary whitepapers and market analyses on tech convergence trends
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for ethical, security, and regulatory challenges in future tech
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certifications in Futures Forecasting (e.g., CFIP) or Technology Architecture preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills for modeling complex socio-technical systems
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
