- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory and ethical implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated in publications)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Portfolio of launched innovative products or solutions
