Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in building MVPs for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to scout emerging talent
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling global teams across multiple continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
