- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems aligning with UN SDG targets for 2030
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of exponential technologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Future Institute on horizon-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in exponential technologies or peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market deployment
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work on 2020-2025 tech predictions
