Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps integrating quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budget through executive stakeholder alignment
- Pioneer industry standards through thought leadership at global tech forums
- Mentor innovation teams while establishing KPIs for breakthrough technology adoption
- Manage intellectual property portfolio covering 50+ emerging technology patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading technology strategy at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum-AI convergence
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
