Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology foresight frameworks targeting 2026 breakthroughs in AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technology adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Design and validate prototype solutions for 2030-era challenges using emerging tech stacks
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Build and maintain relationships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and other innovation hubs
- Author annual 'State of 2026 Technology' reports influencing industry standards
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption preparedness
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of implemented future-state technology strategies
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
