- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry veterans in developing patent-pending solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation labs for collaborative research
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor 15+ technical specialists in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Publish whitepapers in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of executive experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology implementation
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
- Public speaking experience at Web Summit and CES conferences
