Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and business teams to integrate future trends
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on technology futures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology predictions
