Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect cross-ecosystem frameworks merging quantum-AI-biotech convergence
- Lead 'Future Proofing' workshops for Fortune 500 executives on 2030 readiness
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI governance and deployment
- Coordinate with UN Technology Envoy on global sustainability tech standards
- Mentor Quantum-AI Innovation Lab teams on next-gen algorithm development
- Publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon Report' with industry-wide impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 3+ horizon-scanning publications
- Portfolio of implemented exponential technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate tech
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts to commercial applications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar forward-looking journals
