Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market evolution
- Lead research in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Prototype next-gen digital experiences using AR/VR and haptics
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business vision
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping future-facing products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term innovation
